Jessica was a very attentive host who did not skip on any of the little details. She communicated quickly and clearly with us. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business”

“Perfect location across from the Naval Academy with a short walk into town. The unit is clean and well-appointed, it has everything you need for a stay in Annapolis. There is no street parking, but there is a garage .5 miles away were we left our cars during our staty. We plan to visit again in the future.”

“This is a nice place to stay when visiting the area and traveling with our dog. Relaxing waterfall pond off the screeded-in porch is great for reading and morning coffee. The management representative is very receptive to any concerns or needs.”

“Clean, fully equipped and great walkable access to downtown. Off street parking in rear of building. Hosts very communicative and some nice touches of gift bags and snacks waiting for us to arrive. Very thoughtfully and made for a welcoming stay.”

“It’s a beautiful, historic home right off the water. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked. Eric was fantastic to work with. The only thing you need to know is the parking situation is rough. The immediate street allows for two hour parking, and you cannot request additional time on the same day. There are municipal parking lots you can use, and they are both pretty nice and the walk is safe. You see more of the downtown area this way too.”
