“Nice, quiet and private location on a property filled with trees. Saw plenty of deer! Great wooded residential neighborhood for walking and yet so convenient to shops and restaurants just around the corner. The home was very clean and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were delicious! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens….”

“We had a great stay in Athens this past Bama/GA weekend at this lovely, spacious, well decorated property. We had a total of 7 people that stayed in the home and it was very comfortable and clean! I found the bed extremely comfortable, which is usually hard to come by when you are away from home. Do not hesitate to book this property. Jennifer was prompt on her responses and a wonderful host. Downtown is a quick 2-3 minute drive and close to campus. Thanks for having us!”
