“The hotel needs needs refurbishing work toilet door not working , there should be a microwave on ever floor, safety box was not working to secure my passport and. Other. Valuable. What stood out was the staff they were very courteous, kind and willing to fix or address ever issue. The safe was replace immediately,the room attendants were very kind and helpful all the. Staff were exceptional ”

“Looks like a very nice hotel from the pictures. But very dated and the standard of the room felt like something 30 years old. Closest hotel to the airport wich explains the high price. Not impressed with food/service in the restaurant either. Low value for money!”

“Spacious rooms with all the comodeties you can dream of after some days in the djungle. To a decent price also. The restaurant however is, as usual at these kind of places unpersonal, expensive and lack of servicemided. they serve decent food but the city-system of predetermed tips of 10,15 or 20% is really disturbing.
