Hotell nära Bridge of the Americas

“I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.”

“Okey place to sleep for the night if you need to be close to airport but not more than that.”

“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

“The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

“We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

“The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.”

“Only issue we had was the parking. Limited street parking if you are lucky. There is a small internal parking area off of a one way narrow street you can rent for $25 per night. Pay the money. You MUST contact the hotel as you are getting near to open the garage door so you can enter the internal parking space (recommend backing in). Better yet. Take an Uber and leave your car somewhere else. Everything you can want is within walking distance The Expedia information is understated. ...

“Las Clementinas is more like a number of apartments and not really a hotel the way I see it. There is no staff except one person listening to music behind a desk in the hallway. Housekeeping is not included. Neither is breakfast. The apartment was spacious and clean. All in all it’s a good spot right in the old town of Panama City. But it’s not quite a hotel with all the services we expected. ”
