“Staying here was a wonderful experience and my partner and I definitely would come again! The tiny home was super cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen and grill outside gave us flexibility to make some of our own meals if we didn’t want to leave again to eat out at a restaurant after coming back from a long day, which was perfect for our 5 day stay there.The hot tub was perfect at sunset and into the night with all the gorgeous stars out! “The Dobson house way exceeded our expectations. The home itself is the perfect marriage of artistry and engineering. It's an educational experience to see how well people can live off the grid.Super deluxe! The property is a bit remote and our jeep worked really well to get us there.We hiked down to the gorge and soaked in the mineral Springs.How wonderful! I just can't say enough good things. Brenda our host and her sweet dog Ruby were so good to us! We will definitely be staying there...

“The tiny home was nice. We were on a fishing trip. The location was about 45 minutes from costilla creek. The location seemed same and the property was clean. The hosts did an excellent job communicating. Will stay again when we are in the area.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. AC/heat great. Bathroom updated and nice. Owners very responsive. All done through phone call and text. Easy and flexible checkin and out, no waiting in line at a desk and meeting office hours. Cafe is quaint and provides great coffee. Can order meals ahead to be served. Only had time for morning coffee but it was hot, ready as advertised and delicious. Grounds safe and beautiful.”
