Hotell nära Art Museum of South Texas

“Hotellet var fint , inget att klaga på. Men det var lite si och så med städning, de talade inte om vid incheckning att man var tvungen att säga till och hamna på en lista för att få full städning. De var in och fyllde på nya handdukar och toapapper de flesta dagar, men fick även hämta handdukar å toapapper själv när de glömt. Lite tråkigt var det. Men sovit väldigt gott i sängen. ”

“This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

“Rent och fint rum, liten men ren pool. Frukost fanns men kaffet kunde man vara utan. Intresserad och kunnig personal. Dock inte strandnära som vi trodde.”

“The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

“I know the hotel is near the beach and is not going to be in prestine condition, but what a dump this place was. When you first walk in the office, it stinks. Check on time was 2pm. They said our room would not be ready until 2:30pm. Arrived in our room, an old dumpy king with a balcony view of the water. From the curtains, carpet, walls, bath tub, bedding and towels....all old and gross. To top it off, there were no towels in our room. We had to walk back to the office to get some. The bathtub...

“The location is great. Shower was awesome, ac was cold & bed very comfy”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

“Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee.”

“Hotel ligger ca 40 minuter bilresa från havet helt kass. Bra pool. Gammalt o slitet o inte värt pengarna. Går man in o bokar själv blir det billigare. Trots vi betalt i förskott så stannade vi 4 nätter istället för 7 som vi betalt för”
