“Hotel was beautiful and bed was comfortable however the man at check-in was absolutely rude. It was late when we checked in so doors were locked and lobby lights were turned off. Eventually doors were unlocked and we walked in and he did not want to turn the lobby lights on even when I couldn’t find my credit card. We told him several times we couldn’t see and it wasn’t until I couldn’t provide the credit card that he finally turned on the lights and continued to be very rude. Handed us the door...

It is an old building, everything is old even if you can see that they really try to maintain the standard. To be honest I chose this hotel because of the reviews. But the reviews are super misleading. Next time, I will stay away from downtown area and go for a newer building."
