âPositives: people working at the hotel are doing a great job.
Beds are ok.
Bathroom are ok.
Shower ok
Breakfast ok
Not so positive: the rooms are noisy, I mean it feels like you have a truck at full gas in your room. Even without the AC on, with the AC on it feels like an airplane at full speed in your room.
If someone flushes the toilet on your floor, it sounds like bathroom walls are coming down.
It is an old building, everything is old even if you can see that they really try to maintain...

âFront desk customer service was super (Adrienne). Put me in a great room. Thanks.
Overall, the room was very comfortable, fresh, quiet (with the exception of early risers who let their doors slam shut behind them!). The breakfast area was welcoming and picked up, including the food service area. Thank you!
The exterior grounds needed attention (lawn maintenance), but quite clean. I loved the convenience of parking in front of the property (@$10). â

Men det var lite si och sĂ„ med stĂ€dning, de talade inte om vid incheckning att man var tvungen att sĂ€ga till och hamna pĂ„ en lista för att fĂ„ full stĂ€dning. De var in och fyllde pĂ„ nya handdukar och toapapper de flesta dagar, men fick Ă€ven hĂ€mta handdukar Ă„ toapapper sjĂ€lv nĂ€r de glömt. Lite trĂ„kigt var det. Men sovit vĂ€ldigt gott i sĂ€ngen. â
âRent och fint rum, liten men ren pool. Frukost fanns men kaffet kunde man vara utan. Intresserad och kunnig personal. Dock inte strandnĂ€ra som vi trodde.â
âEl señor de recepciĂłn muy amable pero prĂĄcticamente estĂĄ solo. El hotel estĂĄ muy sucio. No tenĂamos jabĂłn de cuerpo ni de manos literal ni salĂa cuando nos querĂamos bañar. Somos 4 personas asĂ hice la reserva y habĂa 3 toallas. La vista del cuarto estĂĄ bonita y el hotel tiene buena ubicaciĂłn pero la limpieza y mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. â
âThis was a good place to stay for a motel, good value, friendly staff, clean room, nice well kept pool and grounds and the grounds were very well lit up. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights wth our 3 year old and enjoyed ourselves, we walked to the beach and the Lexington close by. Down side, only had coffee and cereal for breakfast, we stayed on the 3rd floor and the elevator is there but doesn't work so had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. I give it a 4 out of 5, again we were looking...
âThe condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame.
There was no comfortable seating.
The bed was old very soft.
We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed.
The floors were in terrible condition.
The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty

âClean and quiet.
Only negatives were other people's very small children playing on gym equipment without supervision, and the breakfasts were not prepared for the amount of guests I suppose. Items ran out quickly. Staff did their best to accommodate, by putting out extra fruits and cereals.
Rooms were clean and wonderfully cold. Clean and check in was swift. â

To be honest I chose this hotel because of the reviews. But the reviews are super misleading.
Next time, I will stay away from downtown area and go for a newer building."
