The bad:Outdated interior appearance Hodgepodge of plates and glasses seems to be thrifted or garage sale bought along with the furniture. No sharp knives, cooking spoons, or a simple can opener. Almost all light fixtures missing shades or bent ceiling fan or burnt out bulbs. Closets...

“Close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadeloupe National Park. Carlsbad is a nice town with plenty of eating and shopping options. We did make several meals and had what we needed to do that. ”

“If you are looking for a place to sleep the beds are comfy. If you have a dust allergy this isnt the place for you. There is lots of dust throughout the home on baseboards and the tvs and such. There were all the appliances and if you have a baby they provide a pack n play. ”

“Justin the host was great, responsive to every request and sorted out the TV sound for us gladly. The place is a bit dated but comfortable. Highlights are the large TV receiver and of course the delicious burritos delivered every morning. Location is convenient to the national parks and Carlsbad restaurants and river walk. Would definitely stay here again.”
