“This is an old hotel that has not been updated. The staff was not willing to help us as the elevator was broken. We were left in a room that somebody had lived in with all the furniture scratched by cats and beat up wood I would not recommend staying in this location. Room was from the 90’s. In fairness, they were understaffed.”

“The 11th floor/Club level is where it’s at, folks. The lounge serves food twice a day and free beverages during happy hour and also accommodated me for a mimosa or two in the morning😉. It has fabulous large rooms with nice bathrooms, featuring many shower heads and a jacuzzi tub for two and to me, the included valet is worth it. “The Hilton was centrally located to Asheville & surrounding areas. There were good restaurants & shops in walking distance as well. The restaurant within the Hilton was excellent too.”

“Valet service seemed mainly focusing on their own importance… Reception personnel was great, nice an helpful Red Stag service was not up to the standard that you expect at this type of hotel The room was ok but nothing to “write home about”. All and all not really worth the time and money.”

“No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. ”
