🚗 Parking

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area.

• ✅ Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability. Please inquire before your arrival.
• 🐾 Sorry, pets are not permitted.
• 🦌 Deer frequently wander through the property. Please enjoy observing them from a respectful distance and help us keep local wildlife safe.
• 🔌 Because we’re located in a rural mountain community, occasional power or internet outages may occur. These outages are typically brief. The cabin is equipped with a propane cooktop, propane fireplace, and battery-operated lanterns to help keep you comfortable if an outage occurs.

❄️ Weather & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified due to weather, road conditions, wildfire smoke, or personal travel delays. The only exception is if a mandatory evacuation order is issued by the National Weather Service or local emergency management authorities. If no mandatory evacuation is in effect, reservations remain non-refundable, even if guests choose to shorten or cancel their stay.
