“Quiet location. Very near the university and about 10 min from the Shakespeare theater. Friendly staff. Good value, not fancy.”

“The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.”

“Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there.”

“My bed had dog hair on it, a stain and the tv did not work. I had to change rooms and did not get reimbursed for my room.”

“There was no clean towels and had to ask for them a couple of times, the floor was filthy, there was leftovers in the frig, there was no ice and no telephone in the room to reach them when there was a party of teenager drinking and fighting with their mom there. We did call the non emergency Ashland phone number and they were amazing. They came right out and took care of the issue and the room was emptied. We won't be staying there again.”

“A lovely place to land. Beautiful Victorian with a garden to relax in. The room was so comfortable (even had a window seat) and the food was great. As was each member of the staff.”

“One idea that we thought was very bad is that the breakfast room is across a very busy street from some hotel rooms. A second problem we had was the AC was very loud and disturbing while trying to sleep. (We were hot so we couldn’t just turn it off) Next the sheets were very uncomfortable and the giant blanket was too heavy. It kept falling off the bed and we were struggling to put it back on. Then the bathroom door squeaked very loudly while trying to sleep. You had many pros like how it was...
