“A/C was a little off. I understand they are going through some upgrades. Understandable. Great stay. Would recommend!”

“The hot tub was unavailable in that it was full of nasty water and kept making gurgling sounds. The pool area was covered in trash, used towels were everywhere, there were no clean towels available, the board showed the pool hadn’t been checked in 8 days, and the restroom in the pool area had a clogged sink and toilet. The room had stains on the walls and carpet along with a curious smell. We left after one hour.”

“We stay at the Comfort Inn because of their beds. Earlier in the evening, we noticed ants were on our bedside table, and we didn't have any food or drink with us. When we went downstairs for breakfast, there were ants on the countertop. So, we decided to skip breakfast and eat on the road. Not sure if I would stay here again. I hope they fix this issue soon!”

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING. We asked if we could switch rooms which they did allow us to do and that room was better, except for the ROACHES. We told them about the roaches and they didn't seem to care about that either.
