“The hotel and room were very nice but we had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get our room. Apparently there was a competition on town and the hotel was overrun with rooms to clean. All staff were wonderful and professional but after a long day on the road….”

“We stay at the Comfort Inn because of their beds. Earlier in the evening, we noticed ants were on our bedside table, and we didn't have any food or drink with us. When we went downstairs for breakfast, there were ants on the countertop. So, we decided to skip breakfast and eat on the road. Not sure if I would stay here again. I hope they fix this issue soon!”

“The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“Holes in my sheets… Room wasn’t ready at check in. Pillows and Towels were worn. No elevators with stairs being steep. Always had to walk outside. High bushes around the entrance allowing someone to jump out at you in the dark because there is only one way to get to the rooms. Not using other available rooms. Same rooms keep getting recycled.”
