“Localizada en el centro de Aviles, con acceso y garage para dos coches. Casa amplia, nosotros usamos todas las habitaciones disponibles, 10 adultos y un niño. Para nosotros fue perfecto para desplazaenos y reunirnos toda la familia.”

“We stayed in late April early May. The house and gardens are wonderful. Great for two couples and Jose looked after us! A simple house with great WiFi, views of Gijon but in the countryside so a drive into the city! As it was early in the season not much open locally but lots in town and very close to some other towns and beaches but you would need a car! I would only suggest that if guests are staying more than a week they install a washing machine and do a change over of towels and linnen...

“Ideal for the family of 4 or two couples. Clean and modern. Very friendly and always quick communication with Alejandro, who always helps when you need him. Well equipped with two bathrooms. Kitchen with Nespresso machine. Multimedia-friendly Samsung TV. Bright and friendly, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area. Very quiet! Nearby restaurant and bar within walking distance; for shopping and beach you need a car or e-bikes. We will be happy to come back!”

“What can I say. This villa was beyond expectations. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sunset over the mountains. There was plenty to do in the villa with the games room, which kept all my children entertained. The property was spotless on arrival and there were fresh towels provided. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had plenty of space and facilities, including a master bedroom with en-suite. The kitchen had everything we needed...

“We enjoyed our time at the terrace between the house and the large pool. The property gave our dogs a good time running and exploring. Gabriel helped us a lot to find our ways (restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, …).”
