Modern clean apartment, central location and easy to get groceries and bars and restaurants. Roof top terrace is great for view of the Acropolis, we watched new year's fireworks which was great. Fridge is well stocked so you can make your own breakfast. The only small negative is the night bar close to the apartment play loud music disturbing the whole neighborhood.

Cet endroit est vraiment bien , vous avez un appartement complet équipé d une cuisine avec tout ce qu il faut pour faire un repas, lave vaiselle, laveuse pour laver votre linge, grande terrasse, très propre et confortable, personnel très gentil, nous avons été accueilli par Pagnagotis,qui parle un très bon français, celui ci nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour a Athènes , il nous a même organisé un transport avec un ami taxi pour notre retour a l aéroport a notre demande,vous ne serai pas déçu si vous aller séjourné a cet endroit, je vous le recommande fortement.

Great Hospitality & Modern
I had great communication even before our stay. We were greeted with a smile and Panagiotis was fantastic and gave us the info we needed to navigate where things were in the city. The apartment was modern and everything was automated. The design of the bldg is sleek and I found out it won a design award! We were able to walk to the Acropolis & everywhere else. The neighbor felt safe and there were restaurants & everything you could need near by. Great experience.

Very spacious with 2 huge balconies, each with a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that is half the length of the wall. One gives a great street view while the other is over an enclosed quiet courtyard. All the conveniences of home. One warning…the front desk is just a desk & is usually not manned, but they make every effort to be there for your arrival. Taxis always available (many parked there) right outside the door across the street. Supermarket, cafes, etc. up & down the street.

The best apartment I could have rented for my last days of my Greece vacation! Modern stylish & spacious apartment. They filled the fridge with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, bread, butter, juice, coffee water bottles & etc. Exactly what we needed to cook our own breakfast. No need to rent a car when taxis are everywhere and easy to get. The staff was kind and even waited for us on our late arrival. Great large balcony. 10/10 perfection.

C'est l'hôtel idéal pour découvrir Athènes et ses environs. A 20 minutes à pieds de l'Acropole et du centre historique d'Athènes vous pourrez visiter sans voiture ou autres moyens de transport cette jolie ville. Le personnel est vraiment compétent, agréable et serviable. Dans ce personnel deux personne parle bien le Français. L'hôtel est très joli et fonctionnel. Une terrasse sur le toit permet d'apercevoir l'Acropole. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Il y a trois supermarchés dans le quartier. Le quartier est calme. nous avons pu garer notre voiture sans problème. Merci à toute l'équipe. Je recommande sans hésiter

Athens BlueBuilding is a great hotel/residence. It is very well appointed with the latest appliances, brand new and modern furniture and fittings. There was enough space for the four of us to live comfortably. It is close to all the tourist attractions but at the same time it is on a very quiet and safe street. The host/manager is very punctual, very competent and was able to provide for all our needs. Highly recommended and in our opinion value-for-money.

I cannot rave enough about this property. My husband has declared this favorite place to stay anywhere we have traveled. The property managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always making sure we had what we needed. They provided breakfast items for our apartment which was totally unexpected, and helped get us a taxi very early in the morning. It was super clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. Do not hesitate to book this property!!

Highly recommended.
Very comfortable and clean accommodation. A small misunderstanding about the parking was solved swiftly by the owner. The apartment is very well maintained and the services provided were excellent. You just need to remember to request for your room to be made up as it was not done on the first morning. No major issue though. Highly recommended.

Bonjour, appartement neuf, spacieux, lumineux, très propres, tout équipé y compris en fournitures consommables. tout correspond aux photos. très bien situé dans un quartier avec toute commodité et en prime à coté de tous les monuments intéressants à visiter, tout est à distance faisable à pied. accueil très chaleureux, Panagiostis très disponible et de bons conseils. une adresse à retenir! merci pour ce séjour dans ce logement de très haute prestation!

we actually found this "Hidden Gem"by Luck! We had a reservation somewhere else, only to find that place completely not as described and we had to leave right away. Within 1 hour and through Expedia found this Brand New Building with 6 floor (each floor is a 700 Sq Foot Apartment) and made our reservation. The Building & apartments are FULLY equipped with everything, great friendly management, great location with a view of the Acropolis, walking distance to over 350 shops, restaurants, Super markets and more! dziękuję losowi ,że trafiłem w to miejsce ,trochę przypadkiem. Dobre położenie praktycznie w centrum.Łatwy wyjazd za miasto na plaże(do 30 min) Do portu Pireus kamieniem rzucić z którego wypływasz na wyspy.Poruszałem się autem z wypożyczalni ale transport miejski funkcjonuje ok.
