Our spacious 50m2 ground flat can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in 1 double bedroom and in a double sofa bed located in the living room. The living room has one sofa (double bed) and a smart TV . There is also an extra desk & chair ideal for those that need to work remotely. All areas are bathed in plenty of light as they have access to balcony doors. The flat has one bathroom with a shower cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances to prepare any meal of the day.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
