“It was so many good things about the hotel so We returned shortly after our First stay. The very nice beach starts or ends at this hotel! You can walk along time along the beach and to be in Senegal ,it felt clean. The beach was well kept at the hotel. The hotel has A bar right om the beach, a nice pool, nice hotelgarden, many of the rooms are renovatied and good.All inclusive was good since Senegal not is very cheep. “DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — SCAM ALERT I made a confirmed, non-refundable booking for my wife through Hotels.com and paid in full online. When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they don’t accept online payments — only cash. This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings? They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help....
