“The hotel was clean and exactly what I expected based on the positive reviews. I also understand that this is a new hotel so I expected it be clean and well maintained. When I booked the rate seemed reasonable. However, when I arrived at the hotel an additional amount was taken for the damage deposit, and the total charge did not match the rate I had been quoted. I later discovered that the quoted rate was in USD rather than Canadian dollars which was not clearly stated. I was disappointed...

“Breakfast was so so. Everything seemed to be bla. Even the mild coffee was very dark and not very tasty. Left the Hotel and went to Tim Hortens for coffee Ice machine on our floor "3rd" was out of order. By looking at the bathroom, especially shower, you wouldn't think this was a new hotel.”

“Well placed near shopping and restaurants and close to the 401. All good, but ask for a room facing away from the highway as it was too loud”
