“Walking distance to UT, Ruth’s Chris, Calhoun’s, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame. Boat was very clean, quiet location and nice views of the river. Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience.”

“Great area, especially if you are into outdoors activities and visiting. Right next to the outdoor center where you can rent bikes and scooters. A little farther of a walk to downtown than I wanted. But all in all still doable and a great location.”

“Fabulous houseboat, very comfortable! We loved our stay there, and you can just walk up the hill and cross the bridge and you're right on Gay St. Plus, houseboats are cool! ”
