"We loved this house and will stay again. It's clean and bright, and had everything we needed. The couch is incredibly comfy, and we all slept well in the beds. The location is great, and the manager is lovely and helpful, even dropped off a forgotten item at a relatives for us. Really liked the location, in a nice part of town near the best grocery store and a coffee shop."

"While there were a couple hiccups between the listing and some cleaning situations, it was an amazing stay with my family. We were in town for our cousins double wedding, American on Friday and Sikh on Saturday. I would feel awful about the ratings, considering the two mishaps we had were not his fault. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!"

"TV was not working, staff was very helpful getting it going. Shower pressure only fair. Breakfast offered was fair. Otherwise my stay was pleasant. The young man at the front desk was very polite!"

"Very basic motel with a recient remodel, clean and kept up. The breakfast had eggs and meat. Not the hotels fault but the area is a bit dodgy and right next to a freeway. Maybe ask for the side away from the freeway if noise is bothersome. Otherwise an inexpensive basic stay hotel that has made it to comfortable. "
