“It was perfect for us and we would stay here again. Close to everything in the city, just walk outside and go.”

“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“Our stay was absolutely incredible! The owner is very professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The views are PRICELESS! Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available.”

“The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!”

“Overall, I would def. stay here again. The listing pictures were just what we got. We traveled to NYC as a family of 5, 2 kids 1 toddler and the beds in our room were a lifesaver, plenty of room. We had a nice view and it was located in a great area! Everything was just blocks away. (it is NY, so you are walking 90%of the time anyway) Time square was about 10 blocks but so much to see in between it did not feel far. The parking situation was a little stressful since there is no onsite parking....

“We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect and close to everything in downtown and very convenient for getting around. The house was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night. “Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC.
