“Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

“We were in town for a college visit at North Idaho College. The house was great - very clean, comfy beds, and easy access.We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental houses and this one had the most “extras” of any other house with a snack basket, spare drinks in the fridge, some pantry items, lotions, sunscreen, etc. We felt very welcome and at home in this house. Highly recommend this house.”

“The house was extremely clean in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked, and she had thought of everything to make one’s stay comfortable - even had phone chargers in each bedroom! There was not one single thing we needed! It was absolutely amazing!”

“We had wonderful stay! The home was spotless,beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. Everything was thoughtfully prepares, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hosts were polite, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn't of asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay. We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a nice stay at Ivy Cottage. It was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay there again. Tracy was very easy to work with and responsive to our inquiries.”

“Absolutely spotless condition. Located in a safe, attractive neighborhood. Near several parks and only minutes from downtown. Got seniors? No stairs. Got kids? No knickknacks. Plenty of gear for outside sports and exploration of nearby natural environment. Modest price for what’s on offer here. Would be our first choice for our next visit to the area.”

Fishing was very good, too from the dock. The host was excellent communicator and responsive to my questions prior to our stay. I have already reserved for next year's stay.”
