  • Helt ny 1: a våningen enhet med * Dunes View * ligger bara några steg från 600 fot orörda avskild strand. Lokala restauranger och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Utnyttja vårt fullständiga pentry (utrustat med en K-kopp / kaffebryggare kaffebryggare, ugn brödrost och grundläggande köksutrustning), eller bara BBQ på en av de utomhus kolgrillar och njut av utomhus middagar.

    Enhetsplats och layout: Enheten är belägen på byggnadens första våning. Enheten har inte direkt havsutsikt från enheten. Du kan dock njuta av havsutsikten från den omslutna offentliga balkongen och från de två Gazebo's med utsikt över havet (som visas på bilderna) .. Stranden är bokstavligen 50 meter bort.

Week at Ocean Sands

Great place to stay, friendly atmosphere. Location idea to a lot of places to eat, just within walking distance. Will definitely keep this place in mind when going to the beach again.

Excellent birthday weekend

Adult daughter and I go to beach every year for my birthday. We usually go to Carolina Beach or Kure, but stayed here one other time but a different room. Loved the location, reasonable price, and quiet enjoyment. Will stay here again!

My girls and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was as described! The beach was steps away and had everything we needed. One suggestion, would be to have a broom so guests could sweep up after ourselves..I felt so bad for leaving stuff on the ground. I will definitely come here again if we come to the area!

You will be overcharged

Overall the property is as it states. It's small, but was fine for just my husband and I. The issue I have the additional $100 charge for having a pet. Yes, I have 3 dogs, all over 60 pounds, NONE of them were on this trip. They would not have fit. The cleaner claimed she found dog hair. I asked for proof, stating that my dogs were not there. The images they sent were of the INSIDE of a vacuum. I asked for proof this was from the specific unit we rented and none was provided. They charged me anyway. If you stay here, I would take your own photos, before and after you stay, because the owner will insinuate you are lying and fail to respond further.

Great getaway!

Property was very clean and organized. They made very good use of the space and had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy and they even text us to let us know that the room was ready a little early. I would recommend!

Great location

We would stay here again. It was clean and as described. I would not try to have more than two people stay there, even if the others were kids because of the size and limited storage but it was fine for my husband and I.

Good deal, nicely renovated.

First the good. Cute and compact. Great deal. Very clean, nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs and clean. Awesome beach chairs provided. All necessities provided. Even make up removal wipes. Pier and Molly’s bar that are both advertised on the description are closed and inaccessible. Bed is very bad and noisy. Refrigerator did not keep items cold.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

Great little studio, just as advertised! Perfect size for 1-2 people. I used to live here years ago and came back for a quick visit so this place was perfect for just me. Super easy check-in process. Very clean quarters. Awesome amenities—loved the use of the beach chair and having a pool on site! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect little beach getaway!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Sands. Checkin was made easy by the email info- we got in late in the night, & the lockbox made it all seamless, thankfully 😅. We had two questions throughout our stay which were answered quickly through Venmo messages with the property manager. The owner even stopped by to make sure everything was resolved. The location is awesome for beach access, and tons of cool things to do are within driving distance- we had a very windy afternoon & went to the aquarium which was full of great exhibits & knowledgeable volunteers. Also, the room was well equipped with new beach chairs, new keurig style coffee maker, & plenty of cookware to make basic meals. We hope to come back soon! 🏖

Clean & equiped with all we needed. Just a short walk to beach...although the sand is quite deep!!

The place was clean & we’ll equiped & with lots of friendly folk. The pool needs some repair & perhaps supply umbrellas for pool area. The beach was perfect & within a short walk away. There’s a stretch of deep sand which is hard for the old & very young to navigate!! We didn’t get our instructional email until AFTER we had arrived & it made for a very frustrating 2 hours! And there was no one around to help us as the office is permanently closed. We finally figured out that the door was open & the keys were inside!! We really didn’t need the code to the lock box to get in. The owner or manager, I’m not sure which, did finally contact us & tried to make it right, which we appreciated. After that, everything went well. We found this to be a very nice place to stay!!

It was such a great relaxing spot on the beach. Everything was provided that you could think of, just bring your Family, Food, Clothes and beach toys. Our little family had such a wonderful time. We have stayed at Ocean Sands before the renovation and this was a breath of fresh air. We definitely will be booking again next year to have our annual family vacation. Can not beat it at all! Love Atlantic Beach and this little condo. If I could change one thing it would be the bed size, not used to a full size bed anymore. :)

Great beach getaway!

I was so thrilled to find such a good spot for a last-minute beach trip! This cozy condo is exactly as advertised and photographed- it's clean, bright, tranquil, and well-stocked. The owner is great to communicate with and very quick to respond, and makes sure you have all the info you need for a smooth check-in. Dishtowels, extra linens, hand soap and basic toiletries, tissues and papertowels- all those little extras I always forget to pack were there, too! I even spied some beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet, but I'd brought my own. The condo has a lovely dune view and is so convenient to the gazebo for beach access. No steps, and so closeby! The short, grassy walk to the beach is so nice and cool on your feet. Strong air conditioning and two ceiling fans keep you cool even when it's sweltering. The beachfront is wonderful- clean and uncrowded. The condo complex is very family-friendly, felt very safe and surprisingly quiet and relaxed for high season. I would happily return, and highly recommend this great spot!

This rental was a perfect find for our last minute plans for Memorial Day weekend. Great location steps from the beach was probably the best part. Reasonable price. Nice to have the stovetop/oven, microwave, fridge.
