“The property is an older location, built in 1975, but is well maintained and perfect for a getaway with my son and friend. The pier is not far away and surf fishing is just across the street. This is our second time staying in Bogue Shores. We may go again. The room was newly renovated and and was excellent with no issues.”

“Perfect place for a couple's retreat. The outside of the property was in need of TLC and the upstairs isn't being used. It was worrisome at first glance, but don't judge a book by its cover. Once inside, the room was super clean, and everything was in good working order. You could be on the beach in one minute and the gazebo on the walk to the beach was very nice. “Amazing place to stay as always. Such a great location and quite. If I had to complain about anything was people parking there to use the beach. Seen many times people leaving the beach and getting to there cars and leaving. Maybe they were special ones, I don’t know. Wish the futon couch was a little more comfortable to lounge around when watching tv. This is being to picky! The place was great and we will be back. This is our go to spot. Been here many times! Love it!”

The owners were there that weekend cleaning up the property, staining the picnic tables, and washing the dock. You can tell that owners really care about taking good care of this place. “My boyfriend and I decided we needed a weekend away. And we were glad to have found an affordable oceanfront place one week prior to going. I was impressed with the room we stayed in. It was clean, cute and cozy. It had plenty of towels and other toiletries. It had almost everything that made our weekend a comfortable easy weekend.
