“The elevator broke during our 1 night stay. Room was clean everything looked just like the picture. And it was a really weird walk to the room but I loved the extra security. Hated the walk up and down the steps after and before my 8.5hr drive back home. But I will stay again”

“We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It is quite a big hotel and we had difficult to find the reception when parked at their garage. But when found the service was excellent. We got a room at south tower and it was large, planty of room. Parking cost 10$ after you get the 5$ discount when check in. Wifi included for 2 devices. Breakfast you have to pay extra, there are many places to buy cheaper breakfast around. The pool cost extra and the poolbar had very good service but was expensive. Close...

“Stayed here for a night with a friend. Big comfortable room albeit quite outdated. Hallways were dirty. Food offering isn't the best. Parking was $10/night which was excellent but it took 40 minutes to exit the parking garage upon departure because they only had one pay station available. ”

“The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

“We enjoyed our stay at The Flagship. The air-conditioning was set to 65 but it didn't feel cool at all in the room. Having to strip the beds ourselves before checkout was ridiculous. Other than that no complaints we would stay here every time we visit Atlantic City. They have a full kitchen and they have a game room.and pool on site which is a plus..The building is always clean and quiet.”

Ingen städning avrummet trots att det står i bokningen att städning sker på begäran, vilket jag skrev in i bokningen "önskemål" och påtalade vid incheckning, som ett motel och inte hotell... Tidigare har ACE restaurang / cafe i hotellet haft frukostbuffet från 6:30 men nu bara lunch från kl 11. Granne med Hard Rock Hotel som har underhålning varje kväll. Inte värst bra mer än läget.”

“The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. ”
