“Lack of staff support Loud at night , insulation failure Outage during our staying , no announcement , no hotel extra moderator Hotel didn’t follow up the refund as they promised . We one day early check out since hotel power system didn’t back up ,no AC , no service , but I only receive one room credit , I booked 3 rooms . I had to call Expedia for twice . Still didn’t resolve the problems . Disappointed”

“Fantastic hotel, conveniently located. Clean & well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. EXCELLENT rates for a weekend stay . Quiet, clean rooms with great air conditioning. Huge parking lot. There is a nice courtyard in the center with chairs/tables & even a gas fire pit - a nice touch that most places don't have - nice for just sitting out, reading, etc. One issue was that there was a wifi problem during stay and we were not able to access it. “The lobby made a great first impression. However the room itself was very simple and did not match the exclusive lobby setting. Nothing wrong with the room itself, but just more "simple" than I had expected. My main feedback: 1. A business hotel today should always have free wi-fi. Having free wi-fi in the lobby only, is outdated. 2. Breakfast - was poor. Not enough choices for an establishment claiming to be a hotel of this standard.”

“Big room, clean, location convenient. No elevator, breakfast needs attention and noisy air conditioning.”

“There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines.”

“I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

“We walked into our room and it smelled heavily of smoke, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. The bed sheets were also dirty, with visible stains on both beds. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting of only toast and cereal. Another issue was that one of the other guests repeatedly approached my same-sex partner, despite us making it clear we weren’t interested in talking.
