“I think the room could have been a little bit cleaner. There was a smell to it - like a leftover curri smell that I could have done without. The blinds were ripped and the shower could have been cleaner and better water pressure. We were here for one night for a local competition. It was nice to have the indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes so that was helpful.”

“Rooms are decent for the price point. Low review is due to hotels unwillingness to work with you if you book through expedia. We had a change in plans that resulted in 3 unused nights for 3 rooms. I made the staff aware ahead of time of the change and they said no problem. Now they told expedia they would not refund the rooms for the unused nights even with the advanced notice.”

“Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them.”

“The room was spacious and the staff were so friendly. It’s in a good location and I couldn’t have been more pleased!”

“I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

“The lobby made a great first impression. However the room itself was very simple and did not match the exclusive lobby setting. Nothing wrong with the room itself, but just more "simple" than I had expected. My main feedback: 1. A business hotel today should always have free wi-fi. Having free wi-fi in the lobby only, is outdated. 2. Breakfast - was poor. Not enough choices for an establishment claiming to be a hotel of this standard.”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...
