"Good rooms! Good breakfast, good isolation. It says there is pool. However during my stay both pools were closed! Which is a bummer since i wanted a hotel with pool! No clarification why the pool were closed. They gym as well is very simple! "

"Booked a superior room with two beds. Got a not very superior room with one bed only. Back to the reception to get a two bed room. Got it, but I wouldn’t call it superior. Maintenance is with no doubt needed at this establishment. Very friendly staff. Breakfast included and is of good standards. "

"Wonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better. "

"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom. While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
