“Our family booked this home for a gathering, but the property was not as described and several key amenities were unusable. The layout is perfect for larger groups. Upon arrival we discovered & reported there was no usable freezer due to the separate standing freezer being completely iced over. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator that does not have a freezer. The host suggested that we start to defrost the freezer ourselves. The next day maintenance moved the freezer outside to defrost...

While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! ”

The property was the jewel of the neighborhood for sure, but it is located in an area that is old town. Host was exceptional, and responded quickly to our questions and needs.
