“Este hotel fue una grata sorpresa, es un hotel rústico y muy bonito lleno de vegetación las habitaciones sencillas pero cumplen, el personal ‘ todos muy amables , otra sorpresa fue la alberca termal, la cual la llenan todas las mañanas y la vacían por la noche , en la fecha que me queda había muy poco gente hospedada y de igual forma llenaron la alberca, los desayunos muy ricos, en general 10 de 10 mi experiencia en este hotel.”

“Overall I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I would recommend to anyone visiting san Miguel that it is a wonderful place to stay. The front desk manager Luis was extremely friendly snd helpful and even gave us an upgrade to our toom( though I suspect d sry room in this charming boutique b and b is lovely!). “Muy lindo hotel y excelente atención”

“hermoso lugar, con una vista espectacular¡¡ la habitación acogedora y el servicio mu amable”

“No Hot water in the bathroom all 3 days of our stay. Property manager gave us different room due to hot water issue in our original room but new room also worked for one person to take shower and after that water was frigid cold. Property location is good, if they solve plumbing issues then property can be decent. We couldn’t take shower on last day morning before leaving for our flight. It was terrible to travel without shower.”

“My stay at Casa Hoyos was everything I’d hoped it would be and more! The location is absolutely perfect, midway between the Jardín and the markets. My room was beautiful and spotless, and the breakfasts were a wonderful way to start each day. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the concierge, Omar, was especially helpful with every request. I highly recommend Casa Hoyos!”

“It was centrally located 200 feet from the main square. The food was safe and delicious. Also very reasonably priced. We also had a private courtyard next to the rooms. I highly recommend the place.”

“Clean room, great staff and breakfast”

“I can’t stress enough what a beautiful property is to be enjoyed at Aqua Live San Miguel De Allende. The grounds are beautiful, green and lush. The staff was so genuine and friendly. Always willing to help. I was so impressed by the housekeepers. We came back to the room after a day of sightseeing, and the room was immaculate. But beyond that, the housekeeper had organized all of our toiletries in such a thoughtful way. Can’t wait to go back.”
