“Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”

“Did not stay. House smelled like smoke. Also was not clean. I sent owner pictures of dirty stove, fridge, standing water in tub, porch with rocks tree limbs and flip flops. I stayed at a hotel on first night and asked owner to please clean the property and we would stay the next day but owner refunded money and put it back on the market to rent. This left us scrambling to find a place to stay for the remainder of our trip.”
