“We needed a basic hotel room to stay for R&R 12 hours on a long cross country treck, and this was perfect. It was not on the freeway, so very quiet,downtown Colby, a small rural town. We backed the car to within 10 feet of the door to the one story U-shaped complex, so we could easily get our overnight stuff into the room in minutes. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.”
