“The communication was exceptional; I received prompt responses both prior to my trip and upon arrival. The property itself, though small, was impeccably clean and perfectly suited for two people who appreciate life's simple pleasures. Its size was accurately described in the listing. Despite its proximity to the airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the absence of any disturbance from passing planes. Overall, it was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations.”

“We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“We arrived to Seattle on one of the hottest days of the year. The directions to the property were not clear and it was hard to locate. The ad says there is Air Conditioning. It wasn't until we got the email the day before that it stated they do not have Air Conditioning. I was told that most places in Seattle do not have AC. I thought the box fan and an open window would help, but there is a huge tree blocking the one window so it was hot. There were two of us in our 50's walking up and down...

“Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!”

“My husband and I were so delighted with this oasis during our stay in Seattle. Our hostess had breakfast for us in the refrigerator along with some great Seattle treats, which was above and beyond. “This stay was in the perfect location for tourists. You can walk to Pike Market, you can walk to the waterfront, you can walk to the monorail that takes you directly to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Gardens, and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice amenity. Debra was a great property manager and was quick to answer. Comfortable and clean with everything you need!”

“Overall, great choice for stay downtown with easy access to SAM, Pikes Place and waterfront. Easy light rail trip from/to airport. Property Manager was very responsive. Only three call outs for others: 1) at the time of our stay only 1 elevator was operational due to remodel. A tenant was moving so the elevator was locked for their use for 2 hours with limited availability in that window. This caused 15 to 20 min wait times. 2) there are a lot of dogs at the complex and we were rarely in the...
