Check-in is from 3:00 PM. One of our team will personally welcome you on arrival — a warm introduction to the apartment and everything it has to offer, ensuring you feel completely at home from the moment you step through the door. Please let us know your expected arrival time and we will have everything ready and waiting, including your complimentary rosé.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving — this takes just a couple of minutes. A private airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice — just get in touch when you book.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

The apartment sits in the heart of the Viaduct Harbour — Auckland`s most celebrated waterfront precinct, and one of the most vibrant dining and social destinations in New Zealand. Step outside and within minutes you are choosing between some of the city`s finest restaurants: Baduzzi for handmade pasta and Italian small plates on the waterfront, Hello Beasty for bold Asian-inspired sharing, Giraffe for waterfront dining with harbour views, and a seemingly endless selection of bars, wine rooms, and casual eateries that make the Viaduct one of the most enjoyable places to spend an evening in Auckland.

Commercial Bay — Auckland`s flagship waterfront retail and dining complex — is a short walk, connecting seamlessly to Britomart`s cobblestoned laneway precinct with its celebrated restaurants, boutique designer stores, and specialty cafés. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby with daily services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. Wynyard Quarter and its North Wharf dining precinct — including Silo Park, the Wynyard Farmers Market, and the Auckland Fish Market — are an easy waterfront stroll west. The CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, Auckland Art Gallery, and Albert Park are all within comfortable walking distance.

A valid photo ID, email address, and phone number are required prior to check-in.

Please respect our no-party policy and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
