Room turned out to lack outside window though, seems this is quite common here in Mexico unless you pay big money. Disappointed, main reason for not giving 5 stars.

âThe hotel is really well located and the rooms in the higher floors have a great view. The size of our room was fine (1 king size and 1 bed sofa). Really good qualty shampoo/conditioner/body lotion (a bottle of water would have been nice to have). Nice temperate pool and gym! One problem in the room was that the bed sofa was not bedded, and the hotel seems to think is more convenient to allow guests to bed the sofa. This wasnt so convenient when arriving late at the hotel with a 5 year old...
âThe hotel is wonderful, however what is equally as wonderful if not more is the staff.
They are so kind and attentive to each guest and a great resource for anything that you might need.
All the small little things make this a place to remember, the small studio space to read a book, draw or relax, the roof top patio with the circular staircase that is illuminated by candlelight, the DIY French press coffee bar, the filtered water that is located on the courtyard to fill your water bottle...
