Todo correcto, el sitio muy agradable.

The apartment itself was good but the service left a bit to ask. I missed that the service hours on weekends end at the same time as the check in starts. So if any problem arises you're stuck in a wait until when they're back. We arrived to an apartment on the third floor, with ceiling windows, and a room temperature of 29.6°. The AC mode was locked to "heat". When trying to contact the service number they referred us to a second number to call. The second number we messaged asked us to contact the first number. So no one wanted to help. We then contacted the emergency number, who guided me to reset the AC myself to be able to switch the AC mode to "cool". That in turn caused a new problem and the AC instead just died 15s after starting it. The response from the person I contacted was "Well, I can be there i 3h since I'm on the other side of Madrid", which is total BS. Long story short, we couldn't use the hotel for the night since the AC didn't work and if felt like a sauna in there. Booked another hotel for one night and came back the next day when a technician had looked at the issue. Kitchen, bath room, bed and cleanliness was fine, but service left a lot to ask for in my opinion.
