“Manager was rude and scary, he controlled everything we did.
Cats at the hotell altho they have a strict no animals policy at the hotel. Im allergic and he did nothing about its,
Cats were at the breakfast buffee and in the kicthen.
He yelled at us for not coming home one night, this is a hotell not his home. He also yelled at the staff.

“The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this, but it is what it was! ”
