“Great little lake cabin. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, quite. Beautiful area and views. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.”

“Lack of privacy - the bedrooms have no doors - just curtains; the bedrooms and the bathroom share one open ceiling above them so everybody can hear and smell everything that goes on in the bathroom as well as the bedrooms.”

“We had a good Christmas there, it was very clean and comfortable. The problem we encountered is the bathroom that had a bath tub, the spout in the tub part just didn’t have any water pressure to it and didn’t work at all after a short while. Also the water pressure in the whole house was in poor condition and the hot water didn’t work at all. Other than that all the rest was a comfortable stay.”

“Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before...

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”
