“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”

“Upon arrival, we noticed ants all over the sink, floor, and shower. Later that night we noticed the sheets appeared to have specs of dirt, bugs, or something on them. The hotel was completely booked as well as all others in the area and we were hours away from home, so we had no choice but to stay. Maintenance did spray and wipe down the bathroom and changed the sheets. We were told we would get a call from management the next day, but never did. The next day we found additional small beetle...
