Austin Fun

We had a wonderful stay in Austin. The apartment was in a location reachable to everything via a short walk. The condo complex was very clean and provided access to an awesome pool deck and well equipped gym. Our host was very responsive and the process overall was easy.

Wonderful Stay!!

Beautiful high-rise with amazing views of neighboring Austin wonderful location, easily walkable to nearby restaurants, and bars. Right in the heart of Austin. Clean, spacious, extremely responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Would recommend...

The building was nice and the apartment clean. We stayed 11 days so we got full use of the kitchen, laundry, etc. Great location, nice pool/fitness center. Only suggestions for the owner...would have been nice to have a Swiffer/broom to keep the floors clean. Also, I would not suggest anyone over say 8 years old to sleep on the couch/futon. There was an inflatable bed (thankfully) for my teen daughter to sleep on. Was a bit noisy at night, but that was to be expected staying in the downtown near so many bars/music venues. Overall great experience and would not hesitate staying again.

Downtown Apartment

I was here on business for 3 nights. The apartment was easy to get to, and since I work west of downtown, getting to and from work was much easier than with most of the downtown hotels. At the same time, it is super easy to walk to many restaurants, clubs, etc... in the downtown area. The apartment itself was nice and very clean. high ceilings big windows, and a balcony that would be big enough for a few people to hang out comfortably. The host was very responsive to questions, and the packet describing where to get the key, and where to park was very clear (no issues finding things at all).

Great Condo in Downtown Austin

The modern condo in downtown was perfect for our short trip to enjoy music and food in Austin. Easy to walk to downtown sites, restaurants, bars, and music venues. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and walk-in closet. We particularly enjoyed the deck off the condo as well as the community deck on our floor next to the pool. Appreciated having a secure place to park the car during our stay. Host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent responsiveness

We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the host who helped with specific questions. The apartment was very clean and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The location affords easy walks through downtown with a number of good restaurants nearby and the flagship Whole Foods just a few blocks away. The TV is easy to use and loaded with apps.

We loved the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling window that made the unit bright even on a gray day. Kitchen was well appointed for breakfast self-catering. The king bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels were providdd in the bathroom. Closet was huge with plenty of hangers. The sofa/futon was very firm. The unit was on the same floor as the inheated pool, fitness room and common areas. We loved the furnished balcony for afternoon tea and soaking up sun rays. Guest Parking in the building is limited and was secure. Car had to be registered daily as guest but easy to do online. Check-in and check out instructions were clear. Communication before, during and after our week long stay was outstanding. Jose and Marcia responded rapidly when we had a question. Because we received one key fob to access the unit, we had to use lockbox to store key fob when we were had different schedules. We did hear the beat of drums on the weekend but we travel with ear plugs. Otherwise the unit is quiet. The location is close to Ranch 616 Restaurant and one block to 6th Street eateries and nightlife. Average wait for Uber and Lyft rides was 2 minutes. Location is very walkable and safe. Highly recommend making this your home base when visiting Austin.
