We've got it all - comfy beds, 55" outdoor TV, and an amazing backyard with BBQ grill, an outdoor, pool, dining table & couch, & lawn games all surrounded by string lights. Minutes from Austin Breweries, Zilker Park, downtown, East Austin, & lots of unique eateries, and picturesque cafes!

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and chill out in our modern and charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that offers open concept and upscale furnished, with several other complimentary features to experience as our valued guest(s).

Perfect backdrop for a work & play getaway with the family, or spending time with friends who feel like family. It'd make for a great offsite retreat among workmates as well!

As you enter the house, you are welcomed by the bright open living area with a warmth ambiance brought by the fireplace. The living area leads to the massive kitchen that has been thoughtfully modernized with stainless steel appliances and ample storage which is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The dining area and kitchen island are great places to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

There is also a delightful naturally lit sunroom with an ultra-comfy day bed, disco ball, and a plethora of plants! that makes for relaxing days and dining al fresco.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress, velvet chaise lounge in the library nook, full library, and extra monitor, stand, and ergonomic standing pad for additional workspace.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a dedicated desk with a 34" curved monitor. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a comfortable mattress.

Live for the outdoors of this home! Step outside and gather around in the large backyard with a farm style table, pool, L-couch, and string lights around patio. On warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your own private backyard. There is a 55" outdoor TV to enjoy sports games while you float.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, 2 driveway spaces and street parking available are all provided during your stay!

The neighborhood is quiet and nearby streets are lined with twisted, tall oaks - perfect for morning strolls to our favorite local coffee joint, Radix.

*There are security cameras at the front door and in the side yard entrance.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 70 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
