Once you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining room features a dining table and chairs and leads into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own bed and ample closet space. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 43" flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a 43” TV. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed and office space.
For remote workers and business travelers, there are not one but two dedicated workspaces available in the home. The first workspace is located downstairs and features a desk and chair in a quiet corner of the living room. The second workspace is located upstairs in the third bedroom and includes a desk, chair, and lamp for your convenience.
We are close to major corporations such as Dell, Samsung, Apple, and St. David's Hospital, making this the perfect home for business travelers.
For those who love the outdoors, we are an 8-minute walk to The Pitch, home of the Austin FC Sports Complex, which provides a variety of amenities including pickleball courts, food and drink venues, outdoor seating & TV viewing areas for movie nights, and sporting events. Enjoy peaceful evening walks on the trail surrounding the lake. The townhome is also less than a 5-minute walk to the community park which provides additional walking trails, a sand volleyball court, a disc golf course, workout bars, and a soccer field.
Our local grocery store, H-E-B, (Texas's most popular supermarket chain), is just a 5-minute drive away. Additional restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment are in the area surrounding the H-E-B. There is also a Whole Foods Market and a Trader Joe's 15 minutes from the property, so you can easily find all your favorite organic and specialty items.
When it comes to dining, shopping, and entertainment, you'll be 15 minutes from The Domain, a premier destination home to the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the area. If you're looking for even more excitement, you’re only a 20-minute drive from the vibrant nightlife, live music scene, and world-renowned restaurants of downtown Austin.

HOUSE RULES:
For stays longer than 28 days, your booking is contingent on signing the host's Rental Agreement.
*Any violation of the house rules and terms in the Rental Agreement, will result in added fees and potential termination of stay*
1. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Additional verification may be required at the host discretion.
2. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in the home. If additional guests occupy the home, there will be an additional $200 charge per additional guest, per night.
3. PETS
- Pets are allowed for $150 per pet.
- Please make sure your pet/s are accounted for on your reservation, failure to do so will incur an additional fee of $200 per pet.
- Pets must be house-trained.
- Maximum of 2 pets each under 50 lbs.
- Pets are NOT allowed on furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.)
- If pet hair is found in bed linens, additional fees will be applied.
- Pets cannot be left alone in the property. If you plan to leave your pet at home, it must be kept in a kennel/crate.
- Please be respectful and clean up after your pet and throw waste away in the trash.
4. There will be additional charges for any damaged or missing items we find.
5. NO parties and no extra guests allowed (booking must reflect the accurate number of guests).
7. NO smoking of any kind inside the home. No smoking includes cigars, marijuana, chewing tobacco, snuff, vaping, and e-cigarettes. Do not discard your cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, in the grass, on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property. Charges will be incurred for the costly removal of smoke.
8. For stays 7 days or more, the cleaning fee is $200
9. For stays of 28 days or more, the cleaning fee is $300
10. For stays longer than 28 days, a monthly cleaning is required. The hosts will coordinate with the guests for an appropriate date/time for the service. The cleaning service charge is $300.
11. We request that you take off your shoes as soon as you enter. This really helps to keep the place clean!
12. Use only black makeup towels for makeup. Stains on white towels and linens will result in a fee.
13. Quiet hours are after 11pm.
14. We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. Late departure will result in a $500 charge.
15. We have one security camera located toward the top of the roof facing the driveway and another camera at the front of the property facing the street. Tampering with cameras is prohibited.
16. We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters, purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.
