Detta utrymme är en härlig blandning av skönhet, komfort och plats. Vi håller en obefläckad, mysig hem som ligger perfekt nära det bästa Austin har att erbjuda. Clarks och Cafe Josies restauranger ligger intill!

Lägenheten är en 1b / 1b med utomhus sten veranda, vacker trädgård, vatten fontäner och bekväma sängar (1 drottningar i varje sovrum och 1 queen soffa futon i vardagsrummet).

Gångavstånd till många restauranger (Clark's, Cafe Josie, Z-tejas, Winflow, Cipollina, Galaxy Cafe, Josephine House, Jeffery's), Cafe Medici (kaffeälskarens himmel), Nau's Pharmacy, samt stadsdelar och pooler. Även inom gångavstånd från 6th Street (för bar hoppers), 2nd Street (för shoppare), Warehouse District (för mat-o-philes), Whole Foods (deras flaggskeppsbutik) och våra älskade BookPeople (för bokmaskar).

Inkluderar fullt kök (spis, ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, Nespresso kaffemaskin, fransk press, mixer, diskmaskin, etc).

Inte för gäster som vill festa. Inga parter eller överdriven buller Inget högt ljud efter 9.00 vardagar och 10.00 helger (bostadsområde). Var uppmärksam eftersom det finns en lägenhet under dig och att högljudda ljud lätt kan störa gäst (er) nere och / eller grannar. Tack för din övervägande.

Tidig incheckning: Generellt gäst (er) checka ut sen klockan 11 och då behöver vi flera timmar att glittra och städa lägenheten. Du kan checka in tidigt efter 11:30, så länge du vet att utrymmet nog inte kommer att vara rent.

Sen utcheckning: Om ingen gäst (er) checkar in dagen du lämnar, kan du få en sen utcheckning. Annars måste vi börja rengöra utrymmet runt klockan 11 för att vara redo för nästa gäst (er).

Väska droppe: Du är alltid välkommen att släppa på påsarna tidigt eller låta dem hämta senare på dagen (om så kontakta oss på förhand så att vi kan göra arrangemang).

Parkering: På baksidan av huset är carport. Du kan använda antingen en av de två lediga platserna. Använd dock inte den andra platsen (eftersom den är reserverad för någon annan).

Även om vi rekommenderar att hyra en bil, så är det andra sätt att komma runt:
• Lyft, Uber och Taxis.
• Austin B-cykel (cykeldelning).
• Car2go (medlemskap krävs).
• CapMetro (Austins kollektivtrafik är inte så bra).

Absolutely ideal Austin rental! Being in this location was ideal. We were able to walk to several restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, and BookPeople. Best part was having a designated (and covered!) parking spot. Parking in Austin is difficult, and we were the envy of many who struggled to find parking in order to visit the many restaurants and shops that we were privileged to walk to. The interior is tidy and stylish and had everything we needed. The associated outdoor space was private and well furnished. We felt safe in the rental and while walking in the neighborhood. The property manager was always prompt to respond and helpful when I sent a message.We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Austin.

Quick Weekend Getaway

This was perfect for what I wanted! It’s a cute little house in a perfect location downtown. I felt like the parking space alone was worth a LOT in that neighborhood. This is a great place if you want to be where the action is in Austin.

Great lil’ spot!

Next to so many good restaurants and a couple blocks from Whole foods. The only thing to keep in mind is that its next to businesses so in the mornings you will hear deliveries/landscapers/employees.

Great place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the owners were very friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early! Fantastic location, walkable to downtown Austin, and also walkable to many very close restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

I stayed in this property 7 nights, Dec 17th though 24th. This was my experience: - a lot of noise. Alley is behind businesses and they all use trash/recycling bins accross from the front door. Additionally, there was constant construction going on with a building being renovated, a neighbor redoing their backyard and Texas Gas fixing a gas line (opening up the road in the process). - this is an old house with single pane windows so no noise insulation. - more noise from loud bubbles coming out of toilet every time upstairs occupants flushed. - walking/running noises from upstairs - noise and sanitary issues with mice living in the walls and scratching all day long. - on my last evening, the sewer line plugged up, inflating the bathroom floor with water and the bathtub with sewage (human excrement) - mold and mildew around bath tub - cracks in the paint/tile in bathroom and throughout the house. The location is close to While Foods, REI and walking trails with proximity to the waterfront. That was enjoyable.

Wish I could give this more than five stars...

Everything from booking to checking in to checking out was better than perfect. Chet was an exceptional host, and communication was immediate and thorough. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed. Our host went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for walking to shopping, coffee, dining, etc. We hope to have a chance to stay here again.

It was everything and more…

Cute little location in the heart of Austin, very accessible to the entire city. Plenty of great food and drink options as well. The VRBO was so clean and comfortable it was a pleasure in and of itself to return here each night after a full day’s worth of activities. You won’t be disappointed at all!

Great location!!! Close to 6th st

This location is in the heart of Austin! It has everything you need and is near everything you need for a great time. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is also a short drive away from many of Austin’s downtown attractions.

Amazing space and location

Everything was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was even better. We could walk to so many things including restaurants, Whole Foods for groceries, and Zilker Park. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and owners!

We were in constant communication with the owners beforehand and built a rapport with them immediately. They were so kind and accommodating. The location is perfect in a residential area but a short walk to the action. The place was clean and easily accessible. We loved spending time on the back patio.

Bigger and better than expected!

The workplace, the kitchen/living space, the bedroom - everything was perfect for an amazing week in Austin. There is literally no better location in downtown Austin for access to amazing food and outdoor spaces while also feeling like you have room to relax and just enjoy the patio. Would highly recommend this space for long stays!

Great stay for ACL

We had a great stay at Chet’s place for ACL. It was centrally located to the park, night life and great restaurants. The house was also well stocked with all of the essentials. There’s also a cute patio to enjoy your morning coffee on! The only downside was the garbage and landscapers came between 6:00 - 7:00 am on Friday and Saturday. There was also an unidentifiable noise from the upstairs unit that ran about once an hour that sounded like a automatic liter box, garbage compactor, not sure but it was very loud and lasted approximately 30 seconds. However, this was still manageable with all the other upsides of the property. Thanks for the great hospitality! Well be back.

Great little home base off West 6th!
