“Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. Beautifully decorated and the owners even left us a local bread and recommendations for things to do based on...

“4 beds and a bison was the perfect place for us to stay for our Grandma’s funeral. Everything was very nice and clean. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had and also answered his phone despite it being a holiday. He was also willing to accommodate us as we contemplated staying an extra day. Floor to ceiling windows with a view to the golf course. Well-appointed kitchen…and even an offering of wine for a small fee! Our favorite moments…were early mornings around the outdoor fireplace with a cup of coffee. Beware…there are no doors on the 2 bedrooms and the bunkbeds are in a very efficient pass-thru. “Very cozy beds & everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t use the pool, sadly but it is what drew us to the property. Fluffy towels and firm mattress were major pluses! ”

“My daughter wanted to swim and be around family and friends for her 22nd birthday. This house was amazing and well stocked in all areas. Especially the kitchen. The pool was great, loved the outdoor bathroom and the covered porch was also nice to escape the sun. Plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor lights and karaoke machine were a nice touch. Did note the barbecue grill so i can cook there next visit..They thought of everything. We loved our stay so much we want to go back asap! Also...

“There is not much parking, the yard had not been kept up, the basement was flooded, the HVAC was out, the pool was closed, there was broke glass and trash from previous renters , poor communications ”

“We stayed for around 5 days after Christmas and had an amazing time. Troy is very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Absolutely love that there’s a hot tub and a sauna right next to each other, makes those winter days and nights more fun. Incredible views too, sunset/sunrise is special here. The accommodation itself was clean, organized and cozy. We will absolutely be booking again!”
