The ever popular lonely tree overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains. This tree is located on private property and you can get permission to access the paddock from the owner as per the sign on the gate. You can easily photograph the landscape from the roadside as well.

“If you’ve come to Daintree to explore the rainforest, this is the place to be. A stomes throw away from one of the boardwalk rainforest walks, and short driving distance to several others you are in the middle of it. The room had no AC, but a fan which sufficed. The toilets/showers in the common areas, a short walk from the “room”/house/hut were clean and in reasonable shape. This was truely a great accommodation.”
