“We loved our stay at this rental. The neighborhood was quiet, with many beautiful homes, and the space worked well for our group. I loved the historical details throughout the house. The only thing I would mention is that if you have younger children, the floors are pretty noisy. It wasn't a big deal for us with teenagers, but it might be different with younger children who go to sleep early. We loved this house, and would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. ”

“We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!”

The home is still working out some kinks of a new rental but the owner was very responsive and kind. We had a pleasant stay and hope more families can enjoy this home for their future stays.”

“We had a great time. The home is beautiful, the view was amazing. Only minor things to comment on (ice maker was jammed in the kitchen, we couldn't find any trash bags. so we had to buy our own); the side by side was listed for use for 1 hr. included in our rental and then the day of arrival we were told we couldn't use it. Luckily we weren't really planning on the side by side as a major thing to do.”

“This property had beautiful views of the lake and the neighborhood and lake itself were extremely quiet, making it a very restful week. The house was quite spacious even with our party of 11 and we all enjoyed large living spaces where we could all hang out together and also to have separate areas where people could slip away for some alone time. “This is a cute little place overlooking the river, a great place to getaway to be with family. I enjoyed the little sitting area outside to relax. There are plenty of windows to allow the natural light in. Very quiet neighborhood, and the pool is right out front if you want to go for a swim. Checking in was simple as I had my door code before getting on the road that day. I highly recommend it!!”
