“The property was just as described. Check-in was easy and communication was quick. Wi-Fi info was accurate and good connection. My two teenage daughters were able to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (a review said it only fits one person). The golf cart was so handy and made a big difference for the trip. Waking up to that million dollar view every morning sure made it hard to leave. Locals are very friendly, we had an amazing time. ”

“Check-in was very easy with a code. Kitchen was good. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. The gas grill was nice too. Wi-Fi access was good and the golf cart that was provided made a huge difference in the stay. In town rentals were very expensive so having a golf cart provided made the stay so much better. The property location was close to everything grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again!”

“Overall the property was great! The layout was perfect, the lanai, living room, and kitchen were very spacious. Views are phenomenal and ease in to town in both the golf cart and when we chose to walk were easy and quick. There is is a stair case leading straight down to the main waterfront street a few doors down. The extent of kitchen equipment, dishes, etc were more than most rentals we have experienced. “This is our fourth time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location could not be better. The working wood-burning fireplace added extra ambience and allowed us to enjoy our evenings cozied up with a great book. “This property was perched atop a VERY steep hill but had some spectacular views. We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was a total savior with how hilly everything was. The rental said it slept 8 but we didn’t realize until we got there that they had an air mattress there. We brought our own just in case but we’re happy to see it was provided. Opening the windows let in the most beautiful breeze. We all slept great and couldn’t wait to return after dinner and hang out together in the living...

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located property. The proximity to the town and beach could not have been better. Our only complaint is that the listing of features was not accurate. The washing machine had been disconnected and was not available and there was no portable crib for the 2-yearold. Fortunately the property manager quickly delivered a Pack-N-Play.”

“Wonderful property! Owner was communicative and accommodating. Our boat came in early and he allowed us to take the golf cart out and drop our luggage off, while it was getting cleaned for our arrival. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very close to the center of town. The covered deck was a peaceful place to have our coffee in the morning and dinners at night. We would love to stay there again!”
