“Me and my boyfriend came to aveiro for two nights to see the city. This arts house is a small art museum with a private tour that takes about 15 minutes during check in. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a very good vibe. The place felt very welcoming and the staff were very nice. “Check in was very simple. House looked exactly as the listing shows. It’s located super close to restaurants and downtown but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had to park at a public parking area on the other side of the river and left our car there for a couple days. There was no issues with the parking besides it being about 5 minutes away. You can walk to everything in less time than you could drive. Beautiful town and great accommodations!”

“Hemos pasado una semana increíble en casa de Helena. La casa es mejor incluso que las fotos, no le falta detalle. La zona es muy tranquila ideal para el descanso y puedes ir andando a la panaderia e incluso al supermercado si te gusta pasear .El clima es ideal, si no te gusta pasar calor en agosto. “The property was excellent. Very light and roomy. A hidden gem in the centre of the village. The outside space was extensive, with sunshine for several hours a day, even in January. Access to the parking area is via a very narrow alleyway, but we soon got used to it, even with a Skoda Octavia. Would strongly recommend this property.”

"Fantastiskt byggnad och fint rum. Vänligt mottagande men andra stora brister i service. Vi bad receptionen att boka bord på en restaurang men trots påminnelser blev det ingen bokning. De ville istället sälja biljetter till flamencoshow. Vi bad om frukost kl 08.00 men den var knappt påbörjad 08.05 och det tog till ca 08.30 innan allt var klart. Gratis parkering innebar plats i p-hus en bit bort och man fick låna ett kort som skulle lämnas tillbaka så snart som möjligt. Inte särskilt praktiskt…. Definitivt överpris i relation till vad man får. "
