Overall great 2 bed apartment thats close to everything you could need including shops and restaurants. Perfect size and setup with all the things you could need. Especially impressed with the brand new kitchen that was fully equipped. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to family & friends!

The property was clean and just the right size for us. Very happy with the closeness to town, very easy to walk to dinner and shopping. The only difficulty was the learning curve of the washer dryer unit. Obviously very different than what we are used to in the US but over the week we figured it out.

We had a great stay and the apartment was lovely. We appreciated the wine, biscuits and light being left on (along with the early check in) when we arrived. I had a couple of questions for Nick, which he responded to in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment in good location
Clean, quiet and comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. Good location just near a supermarket and an easy walk to the main street with shops, restaurants and bus/train station.
The bedroom (and lounge) would benefit from privacy blinds for use during to the day to let in the light but block the view of passers-by into the room.

Loved our stay at 4 Bynack, it was a great apartment. Very well presented, nicely and modernly decorated.
The apartment had everything you could expect and want. It was also very comfortable.
Then the location was absolutely ideal.
We’ll definitely look for this apartments availability the next time we visit.

Return visit to Bynack
This was our 2nd visit to no. 4 and the property was just as good as the first time. It has everything you need, it's warm, clean and although it's literally a two minutes walk to Aviemore main Street it is very quiet. Communication from Nick and Erin was excellent. Parking is right outside the property and there is a secure building for cycle storage. We enjoyed another great time in the winter this time and the property makes an excellent base for exploring the area. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Bynack House is a lovely Cairngorm getaway for a couple or small family. The house was clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfy beds etc. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine and some Tunnocks! Check in and out with the lock box was very easy and convenient. The place is within walking distance of everything you need, 5 minutes from a large Tesco, 7-10 minutes from the train station and bus stop. We took the bus to Loch Morlich (15 mins) and Cairn Gorm car park (25 mins) for a couple of quid, would recommend! Our stay was hassle free and lovely, we'd definitely stay again!

Peaceful quiet location
2 major shops for supplies close to hand.
Situated in a very quiet new built scheme
Everything we could want in the one place kitchen very well equipped
Like the welcome pack of bottle of wine and biscuits and items am guessing left from previous guests.
Also hair and hygiene products in bathroom.
The couch could be bigger more substantial ie corner setup as would cater for the taller person that I am rather than the 2 low and soft double seaters couches.

4 Bynack House was the perfect home away from home style base for us during our recent trip to Aviemore. The property was newly built and freshly furnished making it a nice cosy place to relax between our adventures. It had everything you could possibly need in an home setting and a few extra luxuries like strong Wi-Fi, a smart TV and even a selection of board games to enjoy. Located only a short two minute walk from a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants it is ideal after a long day exploring what the wonderful cairngorms has to offer. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier and communication from the hosts were 10/10 would definitely recommend and use this company to book another stay away. And being dog friendly was the selling point with all towels and blankets provided to ensure our furry friends don’t make a mess of this immaculate property.
I see no room for improvement here, keep up the great work

The property is situated within walking distance of the main hub of Aviemore and has shops on the doorstep.
