VÀlkommen till "The Avenue" din flykt till lugn. Vi hoppas att du kan njuta av din tid i vÄr studio, som ligger bland busken och bara en kort 3 minuters bilresa till Avoca Beach. Vi ligger nÀra restauranger, strÀnder, natursköna promenader och vattenaktiviteter.

The Avenue Àr en separat studiolÀgenhet med ett stort rum och separat badrum pÄ 7 tunnland. En helt privat ateljé dÀr du kan njuta av frukost pÄ uteplatsen och koppla av i morgonsolen och kanske besökas av wallabies, hÀstar och en mÀngd olika fÄgelliv.
Av en kvÀll kan du koppla av under ljusets tak medan du tittar pÄ de fÀrgglada solnedgÄngarna medan du njuter av den utomhus eldstaden.

Privat tillgÄng med gott om parkeringsplatser med plats för bÄt och husvagn om du vill ha en natt med lyx utan att stÀlla in skÄpbilen.

We were a little disappointed with the actual location verses the advertised, it was advertised as being a 6 minute walk to North Avoca Beach. More like a 6 minute drive to Avoca beach. Apart from that a great little cabin to stay for a couple of nights.

A lovely and quiet place in a peaceful, secluded setting. The house itself is well equipped and styled with cosy rustic charm. It is a perfect city getaway for a couple looking to relax and unwind. The hosts, Leonie and Ava, were attentive and responsive. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

Quiet and peaceful location but also close to local beaches and sporting facilities we were attending. Local bowling club had great food. Will definitely have thus on our future visits list.

We stayed just one night but was a beautiful quiet property. Very clean, nice welcoming host. We enjoyed our night. The property is out of hustle and bustle. Short drive to terrigal and avoca. The owners gorgeous horse walked over to fence to say goodbye to us in the morning!

We stayed here for two nights. Had a very relaxing time. The venue offered everything we needed. All the essentials were provided. Very clean and comfy. And not long to drive to the beaches and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay.:)

This is a great small home that served us well during our time in Avoca. Just for any future residents looking to book this property, it should be known that this house is a kind of granny flat maybe 20 meters from the main home. Although the host was very respectful of our space and didn’t bother us, we were under the assumption that we would have the whole 7 acre property to ourselves. There is also a noise lockout at 10pm and we were told preferably not to have anyone at the house for drinks (this was on New Year’s Eve). We still very much enjoyed our stay and had a great weekend, we just wish this information was listed on the stayz website. Thanks Ava!

This was an amazing experience! Cute private studio/cabin in a superb location. It was super clean and tidy and extremely peaceful. Did not want to leave!

It was definitely what I was after. We were surrounded by trees and nature! It was very peaceful and very relaxing, away from all the buzz from the city living. Just a really nice place to unwind and take in the surroundings. We were met by a couple of horses upon our arrival which was nice and the sound of birds when you’re waking up and chilling out in the patio in the afternoon. Overall, it is a really great place to stay at. Highly recommend.

We stayed her for one night and the outlook was just so nice we ended up just buying some groceries from the local shops and cooking dinner over the fire (the hosts provided the fire pit). Everything you need is at this little studio and it was a great place for a get away. The coffee shop on the way in 'Like Minds' is also a cool cafe with very good coffee.
